James Winder Good (1877-1930) was an Irish political journalist and writer, who would write for the Belfast Newsletter and The Freeman’s Journal. Born to a Protestant family in Limerick, Good grew up as a Unionist in Belfast, however shifted towards Irish Nationalism in his later years, becoming a leader writer for the Freeman’s Journal in 1916. In 1921, Good published a lecture on Michael Davitt on behalf of Cumann Léigeacraí an Phobail in 1921, detailing his life and career.
